If your specific circumstances or treatment require one or more in person consultations at a particular location,  please contact us to discuss your needs. Or, raise the possibility during your initial telehealth consultation.

Please note: fees are set on an annual basis, and any fee adjustments are valid from the start of the new financial year. We aim to keep any increase as low as possible and to communicate the increase at least 1 month prior to it taking effect.

Cancellation Policy

NDIS cancellations are processed according to official NDIS Guidelines and the specific policies outlined in each participant's Service Agreement. You can view our full NDIS cancellation policy here.

A strict but balanced cancellation policy has been established to ensure services can be provided in a timely manner for all clients. While nobody likes to pay a cancellation fee, appointment non-attendance or cancellation with short notice (less than 24 hours) means that another person missed out on an opportunity to receive help as we are unable to fill your vacant appointment slot. This policy is in place to protect the clinician’s time and to ensure that as many clients as possible have access to the help they need.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment no fee will be charged.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment for any reason, 50% of the session fee will be charged.

Non-attendance of an appointment without prior notification for any reason will result in 100% of the session fee being charged. In the event of appointment non-attendance, we will attempt to contact you via phone, text, or email to either reschedule the appointment or determine if treatment is still necessary.

Late Arrivals: If you are running late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time so that we can remain on time for our next client. The full session fee will still apply.

15-Minute Rule: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, without any prior notification, your appointment will be considered a "no-show".  Your psychologist will then terminate the session and the 100% cancellation fee will apply.

We do understand that life can be unpredictable and unforeseen circumstances or sudden illness may impact your ability to attend a booked appointment. If this occurs, please kindly contact us as soon as possible and let us know. Any extenuating circumstances are considered at the discretion of the practice.

Please note:

Medicare and insurance rebates cannot be used to pay fees for cancelled appointments or appointment non-attendance. Thus, the client must pay the full cancellation fee incurred.

Sessions paid for by Third Parties will be billed at either 50% or 100% of the session fee as described above. If there is conflict in settling your account, we will hold you (the client) responsible for settling this account.

If a cancellation or non-attendance fee applies, it must be paid on the day of the scheduled appointment and before rebooking future appointments.
